We specialize in hosting intimate events for up to 49 people, perfect for local art showcases, spoken word performances, music events, and innovative theater productions. Rental fees are for ~4hours 

Sun -> Thursday Friday or Saturday
Matinee (before 4pm) $40 $55
Evening (5pm - 11pm) $60 $80
Show, or all day $85 $120

Included in all packages
Exclusive access to our unique 1300ft2 venue and 260ft2 greenroom, and bathroom. You get your own door code. We can help with risers/chairs configuration if needed.
Basic sound (6 channels PA, 2 microphones, monitors) and more-than-basic lighting equipment and light console.
Seating for up to 49 guests
Dedicated support from The BACKLOT team

The rental does NOT include cleaning, we will do it for you for $50 or you can leave the place clean, empty the trash and save yourself money.
